MYLead Camp is handled by
experienced trainers, team leaders, teamers, as well as, volunteers who make up
the facilitator team. Every year, MYLead Camp invites trainers from its affiliated
partner the Alpine School for Student Leadership, Australia to join MYLead team
to manage the camp. Facilitators play a very important role. The facilitators
not only facilitate the activities but will also attend to participants’ needs
and lend support to participants as needed. They will also maintain a group
process that encourages group interaction and foster interpersonal learning.
Visiting Trainers
These trainers are specially invited to share their vast experience managing and coordinating student leadership programmes for schools in Victoria, Australia. They will also bring the international perspectives and outlook on student/ youth leadership to the camp that would give participants a greater sense of global connectivity and networking.
